in St.Petersburg (Russia)!

Dear Ann and Alex,

In 1984, on my first visit to England, I went on a day tour on a London bus - the guide for the day, a distinguished gentleman by name John Smith was simply marvellous - his language, his humour and his ability to take us thru a busy schedule was just perfect.

It has taken more than 20 years for me to encounter yet another perfect tour guide - Anna , made our last day at St Petersberg, just perfect. She was brisk, courteous, patient and very very efficient. Her English language skills were PERFECT - in fact, it would put even an English lady to shame!

My only regret is that she did not take us thru all 3 days of our stay , at St petersberg!

PS As a tour operator, you should explore the possibilty of having your clients visit my part of the world - it is proving to be a rewarding experience, especially for the backwater cruises and ayurvedic therapy spas.
