The museum of Tsarskoye Selo is one of the former summer residences of Russian emperors. It is a fascinating sample of the architectural and gardening arts of the 18-19^th centuries. The compositional centre of the ensemble is Catherine's Palace, containing exquisite decorative objects, furniture, Russian and Western-European paintings, unique collections of porcelain, amber (the famous Amber room!), arms, decorative bronze, sculptures etc. During the tour you will visit Catherine's palace (including the Amber room) and the park decorated with statues, garden pavilions and lakes.
